  • Inspection outcomes or ratings
  • Decisions made by regulatory bodies

Regulatory decisions remain entirely independent and outside our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Salima Consultancy agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
  • Engage honestly and cooperatively throughout the consultancy process
  • Take responsibility for final submissions, decisions, and implementation
  • Ensure that all actions taken comply with applicable laws and regulations

Failure to provide accurate or timely information may impact the effectiveness of our support.

6. Professional Boundaries

Salima Consultancy provides guidance and support only. We do not:

  • Submit applications on behalf of clients unless expressly agreed in writing
  • Act in place of leadership or management roles
  • Override regulatory requirements or statutory guidance

Our role is to support, not replace, provider accountability.

7. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Fees for services will be agreed in writing prior to commencement
  • Payment terms must be adhered to as agreed
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated within agreed notice periods

Fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, guidance documents, and content provided by Salima Consultancy remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use materials for their own service only and may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without written permission.

9. Confidentiality

Salima Consultancy treats all client information as confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or with the client’s explicit consent.

Clients are also expected to respect the confidentiality of Salima Consultancy materials, processes, and intellectual property.

10. Website Use

Termination does not remove the client’s responsibility for outstanding fees.
