About Us
At Salima Care Consultancy, we offer specialist, end-to-end support to children’s home providers, from initial concept through to successful Ofsted registration and ongoing compliance. We provide one-to-one mentorship and structured, phased support, guiding providers from the earliest idea stage through development, preparation, and registration. This includes support with Statement of Purpose development, fit person interviews, Regulation 44/45 readiness, and pre-registration inspections.
We deliver practical, tailored operational resources such as fully compliant policy and procedure packs, quality assurance and auditing frameworks, and leadership tools aligned with the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. Our focus is on strengthening governance, improving practice, and developing informed leadership capable of delivering safe, stable, and high-quality care for children.
